TEDx speaker. Doctor of Applied Linguistics from Universitas Sebelas Maret. Former Vice Rector of a state university. Silver Ticket alumnus of Stand Up Comedy Indonesia (Kompas TV). Project manager for the Islamic Development Bank.

These three roles meet in a single training method that combines academic depth, executive leadership experience, and the ability to keep a room alive. I believe that word choice sets the direction of a conversation — and the right conversation shapes an organization's results.
